Here you will find details of our family reunion

Registration Fees

Greetings from the family reunion committee. Our goal is to provide everyone with enough information to make this a successful event. Registration fee is $30 usd for adults and $15 usd for children 6 years to 18 years of age.

For family located within the United States, reunion fees are due by May 30. Money orders can be made payable and sent to:

For family members outside of the United States, payment will be collected on the day of the event.

Family Photos

Please submit your family photos to be put on display during the family reunion. Photo submissions will be accepted via facebook.

Timeline:

2:00pm
– Registration
– Open speech by MC
– Welcoming speech by Chairman and Organizing Committee

3:00pm
– Introduction by Family (5 minutes each per household allowed)
– Brief presentation of the Vongsavath family history – by Vibone Vongsavath
– Talent Show
– Group discussion/Next Vongasavath Family Reunion planning

4:00pm
– Group pictures (there will be many pictures taken throughout the reunion and there will be three (3) official photos taken).

5:00pm
– Dinner and entertainment
– The family Reunion unity dinner is our final activity for the reunion. Enjoy food, fun, and friendship with family and friends. Please don’t forget your video camera to capture Vongsavath history in the making. Don’t forget your smart phone to refresh your address list with everyone’s current phone number and addresses!
